Our Solutions
Indexed Universal Life (IUL)
IUL’s have long been used as a financial tool for the wealthy. They have now evolved into an incredibly flexible product for all. This is a plan with permanent insurance in which the cash value increases with market growth, but it’s 100% guaranteed not to lose money due to market declines. Your access to this money can be carried out in several ways and most of those ways are tax free.
Whether you use this money for business acquisitions, personal expenses, or yearly income in retirement, the death benefit will still be there to pass along to your heirs.

Juvenile Indexed Universal Life
A life insurance policy for your children might seem like an unusual idea to some. What it can do for them over their lifetime is definitely unusual. We can show you how a relatively low monthly contribution from childhood through their teen years can do truly remarkable things, like:
- Pay for college
- Provide a lifetime of insurance, regardless of future health concerns
- Grow into a very significant, tax-free retirement nest egg
But you don’t have to pick one of those, you can get all three (and more) with one policy. Don’t like those options? It doesn’t have to be anything on the list above. For example, there are no penalties for not going to college like there is with a 529 college savings plan. It is also 100% guaranteed not to lose money due to market downturns, unlike other market-based saving options.

Annuities
The modern annuity is far more than the fixed-rate annuity your grandfather might have had. Today, these are dynamic financial instruments that can grow your savings with market-linked returns, guarantee income for life, even grant large cash bonuses. They can be as safe or aggressive as you’d like to be, while still guaranteeing not to lose money due to market downturns.
Term Life Insurance
Term Life covers you for the length of a specific ‘term’ (10 years, 20 years, 30 years, etc). This can be the simplest and most cost effective way to protect your family from loss. Our term policies typically come with some of Living Benefits and/or accelerated death benefit for chronic or terminal illness.
Pricing
Intro Plan
Most of our guidance is provided at no direct cost to you. When we recommend an insurance or annuity product, we are typically compensated by the insurance company through built‑in commissions, not separate advisory fees. We will clearly explain how we are paid for each recommendation before you make any decisions.
Initial fee analysis
Guided Plan
For comprehensive retirement and protection planning, we offer flat-fee planning packages as well as product-based solutions. Planning fees, when applicable, are quoted up front and agreed to in writing. If a recommended insurance or annuity product includes a commission, that compensation is paid by the carrier and does not increase your quoted premium.
Ongoing guidance
Premier Plan
Some strategies may involve products with ongoing internal charges—such as policy fees, mortality and expense charges, or rider costs within annuities or life insurance. These charges are built into the product and are not billed separately, but they do affect performance and values. We review all costs, fees, and compensation with you in plain language before you move forward.
